ShowMyFolio is a professional portfolio creation service. We build and host public portfolios for professionals including engineers, doctors, lawyers, freelancers, and other professionals. Our service includes:

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you provide, including text, images, and other materials. You grant ShowMyFolio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and publish your content as part of the service.

Your portfolio will be PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE on the internet. Anyone with the URL can view your portfolio. You acknowledge and accept that all information included in your portfolio will be public and searchable. ShowMyFolio is not responsible for how third parties access, use, or share your public portfolio information.
Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers. Payment is required upfront for the subscription period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
Each plan includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged separately at minimal rates based on complexity. The first change is included in your subscription; subsequent changes may incur charges.
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete information. In summary: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

ShowMyFolio retains all rights to our platform, software, design templates, and branding. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use it for providing the service. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOWMYFOLIO AND BHERVA.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShowMyFolio, Bherva.com, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your portfolio will be taken down, and you will lose access to the service. No refunds will be provided for early termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
