All sales are final. ShowMyFolio does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any subscription payments, one-time payments, or additional service charges under any circumstances.

By purchasing any subscription or service from ShowMyFolio, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees
  • Initial portfolio creation fees
  • Revision and modification charges
  • Upgrade or add-on services

2. Reason for No Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • We provide immediate service delivery - your portfolio is created and published upon request
  • Custom work is performed specifically for your profile and cannot be resold or reused
  • Significant time, effort, and resources are invested in creating each portfolio
  • Once your portfolio is live and public, the service has been fully rendered

3. What We Offer Instead of Refunds

While we cannot provide refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction:

3.1 Pre-Purchase Consultation

Before purchasing, you can contact us at [email protected] to discuss your requirements and see example portfolios to ensure our service meets your needs.

3.2 Included Revisions

Your subscription includes a specified number of revisions per year (varies by plan). We will work with you to ensure your portfolio accurately represents your professional profile.

3.3 Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality portfolios. If there are errors or issues with your portfolio that are our fault, we will correct them at no additional charge.

4. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • You can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to your portfolio until the end of your paid period
  • After your subscription expires, your portfolio will be taken down
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for unused time in your billing period

5. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

In the event of technical issues or service interruptions:

  • We will work diligently to resolve any technical problems
  • Brief maintenance periods and temporary outages do not qualify for refunds
  • If there is an extended service outage (more than 7 consecutive days) that is within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit for future use, but not a cash refund

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Important:

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your portfolio will be immediately suspended and taken offline
  • Your account will be permanently terminated
  • We reserve the right to pursue the matter legally if the chargeback is fraudulent
  • If you have concerns, please contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare and exceptional circumstances (such as if we are unable to deliver any service at all due to circumstances within our control), we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are entirely at our discretion and do not create any obligation for future situations.

8. Agreement to Policy

By making a purchase from ShowMyFolio, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
